which integrity is formally identified, described, bounded, classified,
documented, and established as a governable operational concept for a specific

definition of integrity.
Ends when integrity has been sufficiently defined, bounded, classified, and
documented to support structural governance.
2. Integrity Structure Standard (STIS)

Integrity Structure Standard (STIS) defines the governance conditions under
which the components, relationships, dependencies, layers, and structural
elements constituting integrity are identified, organized, validated, and

Begins when the formally defined concept of integrity requires a structural
model.
Ends when the components and relationships constituting integrity have been
sufficiently organized and validated to support the definition of integrity
conditions.
3. Integrity Conditions Standard (ICS)

Integrity Conditions Standard (ICS) defines the governance conditions,
requirements, dependencies, thresholds, and operational circumstances under
which integrity may legitimately exist, remain valid, and be preserved.
Governance Boundary
Begins when the structure of integrity has been established and the conditions
required for its valid existence must be defined.
Ends when the required integrity conditions have been identified, validated,
documented, and made suitable for objective measurement.
4. Integrity Measurement Standard (IMS)

Integrity Measurement Standard (IMS) defines the governance conditions under
which integrity indicators, metrics, thresholds, measurement methods, evidence
sources, and evaluation procedures are established and applied. Governance

Begins when approved integrity conditions require objective measurement.
Ends when valid measurement methods and sufficient measurement results exist
to determine the integrity state of a governed entity.
5. Integrity State Standard (ISS)

Integrity State Standard (ISS) defines the governance conditions under which
the current integrity state of a governed entity is assessed, classified,
validated, monitored, and documented through approved integrity measurements
and evidence. Governance Boundary
Begins when sufficient integrity measurements exist to determine the current
state of integrity.
Ends when the integrity state has been objectively assessed, classified,
validated, and made available for ongoing governance evaluation.
6. Integrity Deviation Standard (IDS)

that deviation be governed before it becomes a breach? Canonical Definition
Integrity Deviation Standard (IDS) defines the governance conditions under
which departures from approved integrity conditions are identified, assessed,
validated, monitored, classified, and documented before or without
automatically constituting a formal integrity breach. Governance Boundary
Begins when the observed or measured integrity state no longer fully conforms
to approved integrity conditions.
Ends when the deviation has been resolved, accepted under governed conditions,
or formally determined to constitute an integrity breach.
7. Integrity Breach Standard (IBS)

Integrity Breach Standard (IBS) defines the governance conditions under which
an integrity deviation is formally identified, validated, assessed,
classified, documented, and recognized as an integrity breach requiring
governed intervention. Governance Boundary
Begins when an integrity deviation reaches an approved breach condition,
threshold, severity, or governance significance.
Ends when the breach has been formally validated, classified, documented, and
transferred into the governed integrity response process.
8. Integrity Response Standard (IRS)

Integrity Response Standard (IRS) defines the governance conditions under
which verified integrity breaches are authorized for intervention,
coordinated, contained, escalated, managed, executed, and documented through

Begins when an integrity breach has been formally validated and requires
governance action.
Ends when the immediate effects of the breach have been contained, response
actions have been completed, and the governed entity is ready to enter
integrity restoration.
9. Integrity Restoration Standard (IRRS)

Integrity Restoration Standard (IRRS) defines the governance conditions under
which integrity is planned for restoration, operationally re-established,

10. Integrity Assurance Standard (IAS)

Definition
Integrity Assurance Standard (IAS) defines the governance conditions under
which integrity is continuously monitored, validated, evidenced, reported,
supervised, and maintained after restoration or initial integrity
establishment. Governance Boundary
Begins when integrity has been formally established or successfully restored
and requires continuous assurance.
Continues throughout the remaining operational lifecycle of the governed
entity while integrity must remain verifiable, demonstrable, and governably
maintained.
